We are thrilled to announce to the public that Arterion Group Incorporated were duly approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission on this date upon the issuance of the Certificate of Incorporation in accordance with the Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines. A start and a beginning of a new chapter for more vision of CREATIVITY and a mission to strive ART culture. This success is one of our foundations for our commitments which would give way to benefit our stakeholders.
One of the sustainable goals of Arterion Philippines is to provide large-scale opportunities for its internal and external stakeholders in line with our commitment to our Core Values of Creativity, Inclusion, Integrity, Flexibility, Excellence, to Passion.
The Incorporators of Arterion Group Inc. as registered to the Securites and Exchange Commission of the Philippines are as follows: Niko Luis Anchorez, Faith Eunicia Magno, Kaye Cambare, and John Michel Ramil. They are the foundations of Arterion Philippines, and contributed a major share in establishing Arterion Group Inc. Moreover, the Trustees are as follows: Julce Anne Salmo, May Samonte, Alecza Imperio, Lei Selecios, and Aileen Buendia.
