Representing the underrepresented in the Arts scene, as students and amateur creative individuals are often and mostly underrepresented and overshadowed by industry professionals, I represent this social group to enable them to have access to opportunities they can have for the betterment of their pursuit in career. Uplifting the Creativity of the Filipinos, championing for the rich culture of arts from the underrepresented social groups.
Inclusivity by supporting every creative individual regardless of their age, gender, skill level, occupation, and other orientations. I strive to provide an all-inclusive community and this is one of the pillars of why Arterion Philippines exists.
Sustainable Development Goals, where our practices in the organization strictly maintains adherence to our committed goals, and for a greener and sustainable future by eliminating waste, digitizing most of our operations, and other initiatives that helps us meeting our goals closer together. More than 5 years experience as a Leader.
Being a Leader was all about trial and error, ups and downs, and challenges after challenges. With over 20+ Events, and 100+ Staff directly managed with almost 300+ external beneficiary stakeholders, my commitments stands the same to this day. With a vigor for more expanded initiatives that will benefit the art community, I strive to use available resources, and opportunities to the betterment of our stakeholders.
